Start/stop programs, see flow & zones, get SMS/email.

✅ Modular & fast

Start with sprinklers, add sensors, pumps, and dashboard.

Live Status Snapshot

  • Sprinkler Program: Ready
  • Flow Meter: 0.0 GPM (idle)
  • Fire Sensors: No smoke / flame
  • Last Heartbeat: OK

How it works

Three layers: water coverage, smart sensing, and remote control.

1) Targeted water coverage

Ridge, eave, and siding/ground sprinklers to wet down ignition zones.

  • Fast‑deploy hose kits
  • Non‑permanent stake sprinklers
  • Compatible with municipal or pump sources

2) Sensors & automation

Smoke, flame, temp, and flow sensors trigger alerts or auto‑start.

  • Heartbeat & fail‑safe logic
  • Flow‑based leak detection
  • Local dashboard or cloud

3) Remote control

Start/stop programs, see gallons/GPM, and receive SMS/email.

  • TagoIO cloud + local ESP32 hub
  • Zone status & timers
  • Works on Wi‑Fi or hotspot

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re wondering it, someone else is too.

How far do the eave/ridge sprinklers reach? +
Most setups wet 8–20 ft depending on pressure and nozzle. We focus on wetting ignition zones (roof, vents, siding) rather than shooting high arcs.
Do you install or ship DIY kits?
Both. We can deliver/install locally or ship color‑coded DIY kits with guides and remote help.
What happens if the internet goes out?
Local control still runs via the ESP32 hub. You can also use a hotspot or set an auto‑program on sensor thresholds.
Is this a guarantee my home won’t burn?
No system can guarantee that. The goal is to reduce risk from embers, lower surface temps, and keep defensible space wet during a threat.

Why we built this

Make it personal: the moment you decided to solve this problem.

From field tests to families

After seasons of smoke and near‑misses, we built a modular system that regular homeowners can actually deploy: hoses that make sense, sprinklers that cover what matters, and a brain that keeps you informed.

Local service, honest installs

We’re based in Bend, Oregon. We install locally and support remote customers with video calls and clear guides.

Always improving

We iterate fast. New sensors, better dashboards, smarter triggers. If there’s a safer way, we add it.
